It was the oddest thing. He came up and asked me, "Where has The Concert been moved to?" and I told him that I didn't know what concert he was talking about. He continued pressing me, "It was right here the last time I was here! Just yesterday!"
I said, "Sir. I worked security yesterday, there was no concert in the museum." and that is when it hit him. "No, the 1664 painting by Vermeer. 'The Concert'." he says with a confused look.
I say, "That was stolen in 1990." He was stunned. He doesn't know what year it is.
